Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) Policy

The airlines take the needs of children travelling alone seriously, hence it has introduced a special service of the Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) to ensure that they are not only safe and properly taken care of.

Age Requirements

• 5-11 years: This is the age group at which all children are required to receive the UMNR service. The airline personnel will attend to them at the check-in point till arrival.
