Flight Bookings
In regards to refundable amounts, this varies on the policy of each airline for a flight cancellation. Sometimes tickets are fully refundable while others may be partially, and some may only offer to let you rebook or to provide a credit for a later travel date.
Holiday Packages
Canceling holiday packages will again be up to the terms given when the booking was made. In terms of refund amounts, early cancellation requests are treated differently compared to the ones requesting refunds at the last minute.
How to Get a Refund
Apply through our customer care desk using your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be made within the period the service provider allows.
