• Economy Class: One carry-on bag, no more than 7kg and of standard size.
• Business and Saudi Airlines First Class: 1 carry-on bag not exceeding 9 kg.

Checked Baggage

• Guest (Economy) Class: Two checked bags of up to 23 kg each.
• Business and  Saudi Arabian Airlines First Class: Two checked luggage, each weighing up to 32kg.
• Infants: One free of charge up to 23 kg.
• Dimensions: The length, width and height of each checked bag should not exceed 158 cm.

In the case of children who are alone, Saudia has an Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service that is aimed at letting the children feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey.

Age Requirements

• Ages 5-12: The UM service is compulsory in case of children travelling without an adult who is aged 16 years and above.
• Ages 8–12: Parents can request the service in case they think that their child needs extra help.
• 0-4 years: No one of this age may travel without a parent or guardian.

How to Book

• An unaccompanied minor Saudi Airlines ticket can not be booked using Saudia's call centres or telephone. 
• Parents would have to fill in the official UM form with the correct information of the person they have sent to meet the child at the destination. 
• A certain fee has to be paid, but it does not come with the child discount.
