• Pay-Based Seat Allocation: PSA Airlines has a pay based seat selection policy. You get standard seats for free as your seating option. If you want to upgrade your seats, you will have to pay more.

PSA Airlines: Seat Upgradation Policy 

• Seat upgradation is possible in PSA Airlines only if seats are available at the time of the upgrade request.
• Passengers need to pay extra charges for upgrading to more comfortable seats. 
• If you pre-select your seat during the time of booking you can get an upgrade at low prices compared to high time upgradation. 

PSA Airlines: Flight Change Policy 

• PSA Airlines is a regional carrier airline type that works for American Airlines. Therefore it does not have its individual flight change policy. 
• If you wish to change your flight you will have to follow the detailed flight change policy of the American Airlines.

PSA Airlines: Flight Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Charges: You can cancel a PSA Airlines flight but you have to bear cancellation charges that can go up to the full price of your ticket. 

Refund Policy: You can only receive a refund if you cancel your flight in advance. If you cancel your flight just before or after it has Departed, you may not receive any refund. 

No Show Penalty: If you do not show up at the time of the flight, you will not receive any refund. 

PSA Airlines: Baggage Policy 

Checked-in Baggage: One checked baggage of 20 kg is allowed. If you have more baggage, you will have to pay extra charges to accommodate it. 

Carry-on Baggage: One carry-on personal item is allowed. Maximum weight: 7 kg

Infant Baggage: You can carry extra 10kg baggage if you have infants along with you. 

Check-in Facilities 

PSA Airlines provides multiple check-in facilities. You can check-in to your flight through your most suited option. Following are the different check-in options available for the passengers:

Counter Check-in: There are check-in counters at the airport. Passengers can go there and check-in their flights. 

Self Service Desks: Passengers can do self check-in through check-in desks called Kiosks which saves your time by avoiding standing in long queues. 

Online Check-in: You can check-in online directly to your flight through the PSA Airlines website. This method is less time taking and very convenient. 

Unaccompanied Minor Policy: 

If your child has to travel alone inside the flight, you do not have to worry. PSA airlines has a detailed unaccompanied minor policy that provides help to the minor throughout the journey. 

Eligible age group: 5-14 years 

Documents Required: Identity proof (mostly, passport or visa), phone number of adult guardians, no objection signature slips from guardians of the minor. 

Faculties Provided: 

1. A crew member picks up the minor from the guardian who must come to drop the minor. 
2. Other crew members accompany and assist the minor throughout the flight. 
3. The minor is provided with food and non alcoholic beverages inside the flight. 
4. A crew member comes to drop the minor outside the flight once the flight reaches the destination. 
5. A guardian must be present there at the destination city. 
6. The crew member stays with the minor until the guardian arrives.
