• Refundable Fares: If your fare class is refundable, then you’ll get a refund upon cancellation of your ticket.

The service can be done during both domestic and international flights, excluding special assistance needed by passengers or the use of paper tickets. Check-in Online Check-in is usually opened 24 hours before the time of departure and is closed 60 minutes before departure.

2. Airport Check-In: Porter Airlines have normal check-in desks whereby customers check in at the airport. These counters would open 2 hours before the scheduled departure time and close 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. 

3. Self-Service Kiosks: Self service kiosks are the initiative carried out by Porter Airlines at its airports. These kiosks direct the passengers to check-in, select the seats and print out a boarding pass themselves which enhanced the check-in procedure and reduced the wait time.
