Flight Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation for 24 Hours.

You are free to cancel your Norwegian Air Shuttle airlines within 24 hours after booking, and in this case, the cancellation should be at least 4 hours before the flight.

Non-refundable and Refundable Tickets.

Eligibility for a refund varies depending on the type of fare. Flex fares do admit full refunds of the initial payment. The LowFare and LowFare+ fares cannot be refunded after the 24-hour grace period, but you can receive a refund for non-refundable taxes and charges owed to the government.

Voluntary Cancellations.

Cancellation fees or no-show fees could be incurred, depending on the fare rules, in case of cancellation of your ticket beyond 24 hours. A Flex ticket, which is selected during booking, gives more flexibility, like a refund or cancellation option.

• LowFare / LowFare+: 1 cabin bag (55x40x23cm, max 10kg) and 1 personal item (40x30x20cm).
• Flex / Premium: 1 cabin bag (55 x 40 x 23 cm, and a weight of up to 10 kg) and 1 personal item, and priority boarding on most routes.

Age Requirements

• Below 5 years: Children are not allowed to work alone and have to be accompanied by a guardian who is 16 years old and above.
