Refunds and Cancellations.

  • Anytime Cancellation: You can cancel your booking through Manage Your Booking. Depending on the type of fare, you may be eligible to receive a refund, and not every fare is refundable.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are made back to the authorising source of payment. Refunds may be made on the basis of fares on taxes, or unutilised portions.
  • Vouchers: When you have bought a Flexible Ticket or, in some cases, refunds can be given in the form of vouchers that can be used to travel with Airlines in the future. Such vouchers are also redeemable via the internet.

Flight cancellation policy

Free Cancellation for 24 Hours.

Buying an airline ticket more than 7 days before departure will allow you to cancel the ticket at no cost within 24 hours of making the purchase.

Non-Refundable and Refundable Tickets.

  • The eligibility for a refund varies with the type of fare. Flexible fares allow you to change and get a refund back to the source of your initial payment. 
  • Refunds, discounted or limited fare fares are usually non-refundable, although partially refunded taxes or credits can be refunded in travel vouchers.

Voluntary Cancellations.

  • You may be charged cancellation fees or no-show charges in case of cancellation after 24 hours, as per your fare policies. 
  • Flexible Ticket Booking is a less restrictive type of ticket, and it allows making one free change or receiving a refund in the form of a voucher.

Involuntary Cancellations.

  • In case Airlines cancels your flight, you may request a re-booking to the next opportunity or a full refund. 
  • With the EU laws, passengers can also claim compensation of up to EU 600 per head in case of late-notice cancellation, unless another reasonable alternative is offered or the cancellation was caused by exceptional circumstances (such as heavy weather).

  • Economy Basic: No baggage carried.

  • Business Class: 1 2 checked baggage, based on fare, 20-32kg each. Business Flex may allow 2 × 32 kg.
