Eurowings Flight Change Policy

• 24-Hour Risk-Free Period: In flex light and premium passengers can change their booking only once, 40 minutes before departure. Also, they need to pay fees as per fare rules. 
• Standard /Non-Flexible Fares: For standard bookings without Flex premiums, changes are allowed but subject to a fixed rebooking fee. 
• Fare Differences & Upgrades / Downgrades: If your upgraded flight costs you more than what you’d pay for the fees as per fare rules. Also, if you book a cheaper flight, then you don’t receive any cash refund. 
• Name Changes: Change names only, but not full transfer, in most fare classes.

•  24-Hour Grace Period: If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking and your flight is 7 days away for departure, then you can get a full refund without any fees.
• Fare Types & Their Cancellation Rules: In Flex Premium, you can cancel your flight 40 minutes before departure with no additional fees. Cancelling your flight under flex premium is more restricted, and you don’t get any refunds. 
• No-Show / Late Cancellation: If you do not show up for your booked flight, then you won’t get any refund or travel credits for future use. 
• Refund or Voucher: In the case of a valid cancellation, Eurowings provides a full refund to your original method of payment or voucher, or travel credit.

Eurowings Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) Policy

Here is how Eurowings UMNR policy works: 

Valid Age Group: 0-4 Years. Children must be accompanied by an adult traveling in the same cabin. Children aged 5 to 11 years old tend to travel under the UMNR service. The 12 to 17-year-old children may opt to avail themselves, but are not forced.

Booking Procedure: Call Eurowings customer care or go to the Airport counter to make arrangements for your minor. It has to be bought via offline booking.
