Flight Change Policy

Online Changes

• The airline lacks its own booking system. It operates as Delta Connection on behalf of Delta Air Lines.
• You can edit your booking in the Manage Booking section at delta or the Fly Delta app to change your ticket.

Eligibility

It is only possible to change the changeable tickets. You can be charged to pay a change fee or the difference between the new and old fare, depending on the fare policy of Delta.

Refunds 

• You will get your refund back to the card from which you paid.
• They may comprise some percentage of the ticket price, taxation, or service fee. Delta can provide you with a travel credit but not cash in case of a flexible or refundable ticket. 
• The credit is available on any subsequent Delta or Endeavor flights.

Flight Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation for 24 Hours

As Delta Connection, Endeavor Air allows cancelling a ticket within 24 hours after purchase and receiving a full refund provided that the ticket was purchased at least 7 days before the take-off.

Online Tickets- Non-Refundable and Refundable.

• Refundable tickets are cancellable at any time, and this money is refunded to your card. 
• Unrefundable or reduced-fee fares cannot often be returned in cash. 
• Delta can offer a travel voucher, which can be redeemed on any future tickets.

Voluntary Cancellations

A fee or a price difference might be charged on cancellation after 24 hours. It depends on the type of ticket and regulations.

Involuntary Cancellations

• In case the airlines cancel your flight, you will be refunded the entire amount or allocated to the following flight without any additional cost. 
• In case of cancellation below two weeks prior to the flight, you may receive compensation or an alternative.

Cabin baggage

• Economy Class: You are permitted to bring one carry-on bag, which should not be larger than 56x35x23 cm and weigh no more than 10 kg (22 lb), along with a personal item such as a laptop bag or handbag. 
• First Class (Delta Connection): You are permitted to bring two carry-on bags, but make sure to check the airline's regulations before your trip.
