• Fare Difference:  When upgrading from the initially booked flight, the passenger pays the fare. Refund according to the rules of the fare for downgrading the flight.
• Name Changes: You can change your name within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, you’ve to pay additional fees for name changes. 
• How To Change: Simply, go to the Smartwings Manage my booking option on the website or mobile app to change your flight. You can also contact Smartwings' customer service for any assistance.

Czech Airlines Flight Cancellation Policy

• Refundable Fares: If your fare class is refundable, then you’ll get a refund upon cancellation of your ticket.
