- Fare Difference: When upgrading from the initially booked flight, the passenger pays the fare. Refund according to the rules of the fare for downgrading the flight.
- Name Changes: You can change your name within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, you’ve to pay additional fees for name changes.
- How To Change: Simply, go to the Smartwings Manage my booking option on the website or mobile app to change your flight. You can also contact Smartwings' customer service for any assistance.

Czech Airlines Flight Cancellation Policy

- 24-Hour Grace Period: Your ticket can be refundable between 24 hours and after the date of booking (for bookings 7 days and above).
- Refundable Fares: If your fare class is refundable, then you’ll get a refund upon cancellation of your ticket.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: In non-refundable tickets, passengers can get a refund of unused taxes.
